1. Prohibited Activities & Content
Weypaari maintains a zero-tolerance policy. Violation results in an immediate permanent ban:
- Inappropriate Content: Adultery, pornographic, or sexually explicit images/services.
- Illegal Products: Sale of drugs, weapons, stolen goods, or regulated items.
- Misleading Info: Fake reviews, deceptive descriptions, or fraudulent practices.
- Suspicious Activity: Identity theft or using the platform to facilitate scams.
- Harassment: Abusive behavior toward buyers or fellow entrepreneurs.
2. Lead Generation Disclaimer
Weypaari acts solely as a discovery platform. We do not participate in, control, or take responsibility for the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not handle payments, escrow, or physical delivery of products.
3. Direct Transaction & Liability
Sellers have 100% control over their payment terms. By using this platform, you acknowledge:
- Weypaari is not liable for any financial loss or non-payment.
- Payment methods (COD, transfer) are agreed upon at your own risk.
- We recommend keeping records of all communication and proof of delivery.
4. Monitoring & Enforcement
We reserve the right to monitor listings and remove content at our sole discretion that creates a risk of legal liability or community harm.
5. Your Content
Sellers retain ownership of photos/descriptions. By posting, you grant Weypaari a non-exclusive right to display your business content globally to facilitate lead generation.
